MA-DE’S CHAT SHOP, 8 Railroad Avenue, Milford. 908-995-2980. There’s no official website or social media platforms, but there is an unofficial Facebook page. Basically, Ma-De’s Chat Shop used to be open every day from 5 a.m. until 11 a.m., noon or 1 p.m., except on holidays when it closed a little earlier. Now it’s open Thursdays through Mondays, every day starting at 5 a.m., closing 11 a.m. Monday, Thursday and Friday; at 1 p.m. on Saturday; and at noon on Sunday. Good idea to call ahead and check on what’s what. The folks there answer the phone and won’t rush you off the call until your questions are answered.
