KUNYA SIAM, 99 First Ave., Atlantic Highlands. 732-291-2397. Website: www.kunyasiam.com. An aside: Wondering about the wine in the photo of the group of takeout dishes from Kunya? It’s the 2020 L’Alpage Chasselas from the Mont-sur-Rolle appellation in Switzerland. Imported by Eric Solomon of European Selections, I purchased it from Cree Wine Company, in Union Township, Hunterdon County. It’s elegant, delicate, fresh and mineral-y, with zippy notes of pear.
